Mr. Michael D Maloney
Michael Maloney of Greene & Maloney has over twenty-three years of experience in civil litigation with an emphasis in Real Estate litigation, personal injury, business disputes and all phases of dispute resolution through Trial and Appeal. Michael D. Maloney was admitted to the Bar in 2000 and is admitted and qualified to practice in all California courts and the U.S. District Court, Eastern and Northern Districts of California as well as the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Mr. Maloney graduated from Dominican College of San Rafael with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1992 and graduated from Empire College of Law with a Juris Doctor in 1997. In 2020, he was named to the Irish Legal 100, a compilation of distinguished legal professionals in the United States of Irish descent. In addition, Mr. Maloney was an adjunct professor at Empire College of Law in Santa Rosa, California.
In his spare time Mr. Maloney loves to watch football and is an avid Giants fan along with spending time with his two Australian Shepherds Murphy and PJ. He loves to travel and try out the brews in the world, he himself used to be a home brewer.
Jennifer Childers
Legal Assistant
Jennifer, a Sacramento native, is a multifaceted individual whose journey has been as diverse as her interests. Graduating from Sacramento State with dual bachelor’s degrees in Economics and Social Sciences, complemented by minors in Government and History, she possesses a rich academic background.
Beyond academics, Jennifer’s true passion lies in serving her community. From organizing charity softball events to nurturing puppies at the local shelter, her altruistic spirit shines through in every endeavor she undertakes.
Jennifer’s professional experiences span across various industries, including education, online content moderation, in-home care for the elderly and disabled, retail management at Starbucks, and overseeing operations at a thrift store. Noteworthy is her stint at a costume mansion and a nostalgic start at Blockbuster, where her career journey began.
Outside of work, Jennifer finds solace in the simplicity of puzzles, the creativity of coloring, and the artistry of crafting. She shares her home with three beloved fur companions: Moxxi, Bert, and Mr. Deeds. With a blend of academic prowess, community dedication, and a zest for life’s simple pleasures, Jennifer embodies a spirit of compassion and resilience that resonates in all aspects of her life

Here, she delved deep into the complexities of litigation and trials, showcasing her prowess in navigating multifaceted legal challenges. Transitioning seamlessly into the role of a legal assistant at a prominent personal injury firm, Stephanie demonstrated her adeptness in managing cases from their inception through to the trial phase, earning accolades for her dedication and precision.
